Afterthoughts: A category of material not to be publicly released for the indefinite future

When I refer to Afterthoughts in any previous (there are a few added today) or future blog postings, it will mean the following. It will be a “bin” into which I “put” material that is of (strong) interest to me, but which I keep in reserve for the indefinite future for one or both of the following reasons:

* A person key to the story raises serious questions of his or her honesty, reliability, mental health, competence, and/or the like, and/or

* There is a serious technical complexity (and/or other issue) involved in producing the story, and/or

* Material in this category, not necessarily about one person, is in reserve and has great potential, but will be kept on hold indefinitely. Its being on hold does not necessarily reflect any major shortcomings in, or potential issues regarding, the person or persons it is about.
